Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 3-day return window. You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your item if you wish to initiate a return.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was when you received it unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way cannot be returned. Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To start a return, please reach out to us at valourveiled@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your item. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
